One of these quotes is from GWB, one from BHO:

Were I a resident of Tuscaloosa, Joplin or Springfield, I'd be a bit worried.

I agree. Not sure anyone really needs the government with them "every step of the way" ! Such a prospect is the wet dream of BHO however.
