Manhattan: $24. Everglades: $1.7 Billion.

Florida is buying the Everglades from U.S. Sugar. The latter gets to operate the company for another six years, then, the land will be returned to its natural state.

I kind of like it; but, buy your sugar now.

I just bought a nice bridge. Seemed like a sound real estate opportunity. Not sure how I'm getting a return on my investment, but that's what my financial advisors, Dewey, Cheatham, and Howe, are being paid to figure out.
