I've gone almost three days without writing a post.
I have a trial coming up and am actually working "rather than...."

Ahh Haa...I have no idea what that means, I just wondered where you were off too. Good luck on the trial.
Three days? Man, that ain't nuthin'...
At least you get to work a little bit of golf in when not on the job. During my work week, there's little time for anything else between shifts except for eating and sleeping.
My job has sucked up most of my energy as well. It's not a bad thing to be busy with work. Just bad for blogging.
Best wishes on the trial, Dave. We miss you.
