I bitch and complain about a lot of things here. It's only right to praise when the occasional company does something well.
I ordered some wall mount speaker brackets from Crutchfield.com on Saturday at 6:45 p.m.. The site said they'd ship in two to three days. They arrived in my office today at 1:15 p.m.
Not bad at all.

There'a a place I buy electronics from -- cameras, GPS units, etc -- called buydig.com. Their prices usually can't be beat. They have a warehouse in Edison NJ. Everything I order from them, even selecting super-saver shipping, comes the very next day, though their website promises delivery in 7 - 10 business days.
Crutchfield has good customer service and help, but they aren't the cheapest. I have purchased a few audio items from them over the years.
I have bouht a few things there and agree with fermicat, there ae cheaper places. I tend to think that Crutchfield is charging for their excellent service, before and after the sale.
My only gripe wth them is tha they are often out of stock or discontinued on items I tend to like.
