I was reading on a political blog how Cheney seems to have changed since 9/11. I didn't know much about him before, so I don't know if such reports are accurate. I hope he hasn't been this scary his entire life.
Not yet. Cheney, as I recall from the first Gulf War, sounded rational. Awhile back and then, I was more inclined to the popular view, so, I don't know.
